Cathartic Glitch is a digital culture publication and creative project exploring the intersection of art, media, and digital experiences. The site covers films, games, music, animation, exhibitions, internet culture, New Media Art, and other works shaped by screens, sound, software, images, systems, and performance. Its focus is not only on whether something is good, but on how it is built, how it moves, how it thinks, and how it changes the way we experience the world around it. The blog moves between pop culture and contemporary art because those worlds are already connected, giving the same attention to a video game, a music video, a horror film, a digital artwork, a gallery show, or an internet-born project, whether it appears in a museum, on a console, in a cinema, on a phone, or inside a browser window.

It pays attention to color, pacing, sound, mechanics, interface, performance, composition, glitches, repetition, and visual language as part of what a work is trying to express. In the online exhibition Metatopia at The Wrong Biennale, artificial vision no longer promises clarity or objective truth, but becomes an unstable way of reading the world, producing fractured bodies, warped surfaces, and visual spaces shaped by glitches, hallucination, and the breakdown of systems meant to classify, decode, and make reality fully legible.
